DHARMENDRA DANGI

Dharmendra Dangi is an accomplished filmmaker, actor, cultural entrepreneur, and international film festival director with over 26 years of experience across theatre, cinema, television, advertising, and event management. His work reflects a deep commitment to creating platforms that connect cinema, culture, creativity, and communities across borders.
He is the Founder Director of Sanjhi Sanskriti Foundation, Festival Director of Haryana International Film Festival and Cineyatra International Film Festival, and President of Sanskriti Society for Art & Cultural Development. Founded by him in 2016, the Haryana International Film Festival has successfully completed eight editions, bringing together filmmakers, artists, academicians, and cinema enthusiasts from India and around the world.
As an actor, Dharmendra Dangi has been honoured with Best Actor awards at National, State, and University levels and is a B-High Grade Approved Artist of Doordarshan. He also produced and directed Haryana’s first television serial, Mahara Haryana Mahari Baat.
His international engagement includes jury participation at film festivals in Bangladesh, Morocco, Nepal, South Korea, and Africa.
He is a Research Scholar at Rovira i Virgili University, Spain, where his research explores the relationship between international film festivals and tourism.
His filmmaking credits include Vaishnavi, Vocal for Local, and Don’t Judge a Book by Its Cover. Vaishnavi received the Best Short Film award at the Rajasthan International Film Festival, while his TVC Goal earned recognition at national and international film festivals.
Through his work, Dharmendra Dangi continues to champion independent cinema, cultural heritage, emerging talent, and international artistic collaboration.

Rakesh Andania is a seasoned filmmaker with a rich experience spanning over thirty years. Throughout his illustrious career, he has crafted numerous award-winning documentaries and forged collaborations with prestigious television channels and production companies.
His work as film maker has garnered widespread acclaim both nationally and internationally, captivating audiences with its compelling narratives and insightful storytelling.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to science communication through the electronic medium, Rakesh was honoured with the National Award for Outstanding Efforts in Science.
Communication in the Electronic Medium for the year 2022 by the Government of India. This prestigious accolade serves as a testament to his dedication and excellence in the field of documentary filmmaking.
